Blegberry - Situated on a clifftop in the heart of a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with magnificent views out over the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding countryside, Blegberry is a 700 acre working farm dating back to the 17th century and is the only fortified farm in Devon. There are plenty of amenities in the local village of Hartland only a five minute drive away - including grocery stores selling fresh bread and local produce, pubs catering for families, furniture workshops and potteries.
We have a well equipped children’s play area with a full size trampoline - which adults can use as well! Adjoining this is our pets field where you can meet ‘Hank’ our donkey and ‘Midnight’ the miniature shetland pony who have different friends from time to time - from sheep and lambs, to ducks and chickens.
So whatever you are looking for - whether it’s bracing walks amongst breathtaking scenery, an entertaining day out for the children, or a relaxing soak in a hot tub under a starry night sky, Blegberry has it all.
